Our platform and data is stored with hosting provider Linode. We run the Odicci platform from a physical data centre located in the UK. That centre holds various accreditations including ISO 27001 & 22301.

Amazon Web Services is used for the provision of supporting network services and client image storage. The AWS server we use are located in Ireland and conform to international and industry-specific compliance standards.

Cloudflare is used for Content Delivery Network (CDN) and web proxy services. The Cloudflare Servers we use are located in Europe.

SendGrid is used for customer notification typically sent at the end of an experience. SendGrid data centers are located in the United-States and retains email messages activity/metadata (such as opens and clicks) for 30 days. SendGrid achieves appropriate safeguards for the GDPR through its Privacy Shield Certification.

HelpScout is a customer service interaction software and is used for customer support / help functions. HelpScout is hosted on servers in the United States.
